Procedure
Section titled “Procedure”- In the company selector, activate only the company issuing the stock.
- Open Sales > Orders > Quotations and create a new quotation.
- Set the destination company as the Customer, then add the products and quantities.
- Check the pricelist, taxes, and prices, then confirm the sales order.
- Switch to the destination company and review the automatically prepared purchase order. Confirm it if it is still a draft.
- In the source company, validate the generated delivery when the goods are actually dispatched.
- When the goods arrive, check quantities, locations, lots or serial numbers in the destination company and validate the receipt.
The sale and purchase remain traceable. Source-company stock decreases when the delivery is validated, and destination-company stock increases when the receipt is validated.
