Export stock by attributes

Quick summary: Select product templates in a product list and run Attribute Stock Export to obtain quantities by variant.

Open products in Odoo

Your Odoo address

Enter the base address of your Odoo instance. It will be stored only in this browser.

The documentation does not receive your address, username, or password.

Procedure

Section titled “Procedure”
  1. Open Sales > Products > Products, or the relevant product list in Inventory.
  2. Select the products to include.
  3. Open Actions and choose Attribute Stock Export.
  4. If you have pricelist access, select the pricelists whose values should be included.
  5. Select the export Language.
  6. Click Generate Export and save the XLSX file.

The export contains internal references, variant attributes, available quantities, totals by product, and prices from the selected pricelists.
